Luciano Nava posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Thursday. As a matter of fact, he turned in his biggest game of the season, striking out six batters over 4.1 innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off five hits. That's the fewest earned runs he has allowed since back in April of 2024.

Looking ahead, Nava and St. Brendan will face off against Keys Gate at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Nava has dominated as far as earned runs are concerned (he's averaged 0.7 per game this season), but he's got his work cut out for him considering the Knights have only allowed 3.5 per game this season.
