Soccer Recap: Mt. St. Joseph Academy Takes a Loss

Mt. St. Joseph Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 4-2 to Long Trail. Mt. St. Joseph Academy were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Long Trail apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Mt. St. Joseph Academy's loss dropped their record down to 1-4-1. As for Long Trail, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-5-1.

Coming up, Long Trail will be playing in front of their home fans against Sharon Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Mt. St. Joseph Academy will be paying especially close attention to Long Trail's matchup: after Long Trail face off against the Phoenix, they'll take on Mt. St. Joseph Academy again at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
