Basketball Recap: Jackson Center Takes a Loss

Jackson Center lost against Minster back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The game between the Jackson Center Tigers and the Minster Wildcats didn't end well, with the Jackson Center Tigers falling 67-49. The Tigers were down 55-28 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

Jackson Center's defeat dropped their record down to 12-6. As for Minster, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-7.

Jackson Center and Minster should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Ohio Rankings. Jackson Center (ranked 194th) will meet Fort Loramie (ranked 411th) at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Minster will face off against New Knoxville at 7:30 p.m. on Friday up 416 places (220 vs. 636).
