Softball Recap: Carlsbad Lancers vs. Sage Creek Bobcats
Carlsbad had lost eight straight on the road dating back to last season, but on Tuesday they dropped their record down to 3-13 to make it nine. They lost 8-1 to the Sage Creek Bobcats. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bobcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 11-4 back in March.
Carlsbad saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Katelyn Hemerick, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one run.
