Scottsdale Preparatory Academy came tearing into Saturday's match with four straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Goldwater Bulldogs by a score of 2-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Spartans also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

Sophie Ryken paced Scottsdale Preparatory Academy's offense, picking up ten kills. Ryken got some help from Morgan Everton and her 23 assists. Everton was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Scottsdale Preparatory Academy's victory bumped their record up to 19-10. As for Goldwater, their loss dropped their record down to 12-7.

Scottsdale Preparatory Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Rancho Solano Prep on the 20th. As for Goldwater, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Thunderbird on the 20th.
