Gull Lake entered their tilt with Coldwater on Tuesday with six consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with seven. They put the hurt on the Cardinals with a sharp 9-2 win. Considering the Blue Devils have won 12 matchups by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Gull Lake's victory was their tenth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 18-5. The road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.8 runs on average over those games. As for Coldwater, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-9.
