Volleyball Recap: Dwight's Undefeated Season over After Three Games

Dwight lost against St. Bede back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Trojans fell just short of the Bruins by a score of 2-1. The loss put an end to the Trojans' undefeated start to the season.

Dwight started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last two. The final score came out to 25-27, 25-20, 25-19.

Having lost for the first time this season, Dwight fell to 2-1. As for St. Bede, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Dwight didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 loss against Pontiac on the 30th. As for St. Bede, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Roanoke-Benson on the 30th.
