Softball Recap: SA Roosevelt Takes a Loss

SA Roosevelt was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They lost 19-0 to the Johnson Jaguars. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Jaguars this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 20-3 on March 6th.

SA Roosevelt's defeat dropped their record down to 3-17. As for Johnson, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 11-9.

Coming up, SA Roosevelt will host LEE at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Johnson, they will venture away from home to take on Reagan at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Jaguars' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Rattlers have averaged an impressive 8.1 runs per game this season.
