Softball Recap: Righetti Comes Up Short

Righetti lost to Thousand Oaks back in April of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Warriors fell 6-1 to the Lancers. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Righetti's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Thousand Oaks, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-1.

Looking ahead, Righetti will take on Newbury Park at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. The Panthers' pitching crew has only allowed 1.3 runs per game this season, so the Warriors' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Thousand Oaks, they will face off against Moorpark at 3:30 p.m. on Monday.
