Softball Recap: Bonneville Comes Up Short

Bonneville and Pocatello squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Bonneville had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Thunder by a score of 7-6. The Bees have struggled against the Thunder recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost meeting.

Bonneville's loss dropped their record down to 17-12. As for Pocatello, the win was the 13th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 21-4.

Bonneville does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Pocatello, they will square off against Jerome at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Thunder's pitchers better be ready for this one: the Tigers have averaged an impressive 10.1 runs per game this season.
