Basketball Recap: Liberty Takes a Loss

Liberty and Wyoming East squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Liberty had to settle for second. They were outmatched by the Wyoming East Warriors and fell 108-26. The defeat continues a trend for the Raiders in their matchups with the Warriors: they've now lost seven in a row.

Liberty's loss dropped their record down to 5-12. As for Wyoming East, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-4 record this season.

Liberty does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Wyoming East, they will face off against Mingo Central at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Mingo Central comes in on three and Wyoming East on four.
