Western Alamance is a perfect 10-0 against Person since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. Meanwhile, Thursday just wasn't the day for Person's offense. They lost 9-0 to Orange on Thursday. While losing is never fun, Person can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 432nd, while Orange are ranked 92nd).

Western Alamance's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 16-0-1. Those road victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 21 goals over those three contests. As for Person, their loss dropped their record down to 0-14.
