Bullard has gone 8-2 against Clovis West recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Knights will challenge the Golden Eagles at 9:00 a.m. Bullard will be looking to extend their current nine-game winning streak.

Bullard saw some tournament action on Monday. They came out on top against Highland by a score of 9-4.

Meanwhile, Clovis West narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past Edison 6-4. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Golden Eagles.

Aliya Swillis tossed a big game, tossing 5.2 innings while giving up just two earned (and two unearned) runs off six hits.

At the plate, Madelyn Johnston was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing three bases while going 3-for-3. That's the most runs she has posted since back in February of 2024. Another player making a difference was Alexis Busch, who scored two runs while going 2-for-3.

Bullard pushed their record up to 14-5 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.5 runs on average over those games. As for Clovis West, their win bumped their record up to 13-4-1.

Bullard came out on top in a nail-biter against Clovis West in their previous meeting back in May of 2022, sneaking past 3-2. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Knights since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
