Volleyball Recap: Bayside Comes Up Short

Bayside was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They came up short against the Landstown Eagles, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Bayside's loss dropped their record down to 1-17. As for Landstown, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-13.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Bayside will square off against rival First Colonial at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Landstown is set to face off against their familiar foe Kempsville at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
