Russellville is 9-1 against Mountain Home since May of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Cyclones will square off against the Bombers at 5:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Russellville has 11 straight victories, Mountain Home has three straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the pitch.

Russellville had to skate by with only a one-goal margin when they last took the pitch, which might have inspired the four-goal drubbing they dealt Alma on Tuesday. The Cyclones put the hurt on the Airedales with a sharp 5-1 win. Russellville might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six games by three goals or more this season.

Meanwhile, Mountain Home fell victim to Harrison and their airtight defense on Monday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Goblins. While getting shut out isn't ideal, Mountain Home haven't been shut out since back in March.

Russellville's victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-0. Those home wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those six contests. As for Mountain Home, their loss dropped their record down to 2-6-3.

Everything went Russellville's way against Mountain Home in their previous meeting back in March, as Russellville made off with a 4-1 victory. Will the Cyclones repeat their success, or do the Bombers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
