Soccer Recap: Lampasas Has No Trouble Against Meyer

Lampasas's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They never let the Meyer Ravens onto the board and left with a 4-0 victory. That four goal margin sets a new team best for the Badgers this season.

They hit Meyer with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Parker Boykin (2), Juan Rivera Munoz, and Chris Mendoza.

Lampasas' win bumped their record up to 3-1-1. As for Meyer, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3-2.

Lampasas wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 victory against Kennedale on the 11th. Meyer has also already played their next contest, a 3-1 loss against Lake Belton on the 11th.
