Baseball Recap: Crosspoint Christian Comes Up Short

Crosspoint Christian suffered their biggest defeat since May 14, 2024 on Monday. They came up short against the Klahowya Eagles, falling 13-3. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 23-1 back in March.

Crosspoint Christian has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-7 record this season. As for Klahowya, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Crosspoint Christian will venture away from home to face off against Non Varsity Opponent at 4:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Klahowya, they will head out to challenge Cascade Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Eagles are facing the Cougars at the right time seeing as the Cougars are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
