Softball Recap: Capital Jaguars vs. Santa Fe Demons

Capital had to endure a seven-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 13-12 victory over the Santa Fe Demons on Wednesday. This was a revenge contest for Capital, as the team was forced to settle for an 11-9 loss when these two played last Friday.

Isabella Hernandez made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, tossing three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Hernandez was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring four runs while going 4-for-5.
