Volleyball Recap: Amundsen Extends Winning Streak to Three

Amundsen waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Agricultural Science Cyclones. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 back in September.

Amundsen easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-17.

Amundsen's victory bumped their record up to 14-19. As for Agricultural Science, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 13 of their last 14 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-16 record this season.

Amundsen will venture away from home to square off against Lane Tech at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Agricultural Science does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
