Softball Recap: Susquehannock's Run of Four Straight Wins Now Over

After a string of four wins, Susquehannock's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They fell just short of the Kennard-Dale Rams by a score of 4-2. The Warriors were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Rams apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Susquehannock saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Emily Karst, who went 2-for-4 with one triple and one run. That triple marked the first that Karst hit this season.

Susquehannock's loss dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Kennard-Dale, the win was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Susquehannock will square off against rival Dover at 4:15 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Kennard-Dale is set to face off against their familiar foe Northeastern at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
