Baseball Game Preview: Shadow Creek Sharks vs. South Houston Trojans

The Shadow Creek Sharks are taking a road trip to challenge the South Houston Trojans at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Neither of those teams managed to put together many runs in their previous contests, so the offenses might be a little more motivated than usual.

Friday just wasn't the day for Shadow Creek's offense. They lost 8-0 to Pearland on Friday. The Sharks' defeat signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Meanwhile, South Houston was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss. They fell 6-2 to Pasadena Memorial.

Joey Garcia spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered three earned (and three unearned) runs on ten hits.

Shadow Creek's defeat dropped their record down to 13-11. As for South Houston, their loss dropped their record down to 3-19.
