Football Game Preview: Kress Kangaroos vs. Nazareth Swifts

Kress is 0-6 against Nazareth since October of 2015 but things could change on Friday. The Kangaroos will head out to face off against the Swifts at 7:00 p.m. Kress has given up an average of 33.2 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

On Friday, Kress was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 34-30 to White Deer.

Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 72-24, which was the final score in Nazareth's tilt against Whitharral on Friday. The Swifts have struggled against the Panthers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Kress' defeat dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Nazareth, their loss dropped their record down to 3-3.

Kress lost to Nazareth on the road by a decisive 50-34 margin when the teams last played back in October of 2024. Can the Kangaroos avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
