Basketball Recap: Waverly Takes a Loss

Waverly was the 38-36 winner over Central Heights when they last played one another back in February of 2020, but their luck changed this time around. The Waverly Bulldogs fell just short of the Central Heights Vikings by a score of 44-41 on Tuesday. The Bulldogs just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Waverly's record is now 2-13-2. As for Central Heights, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 2-13.

We've got a battle between Bulldogs coming up. As for Central Heights, they will welcome St. Paul at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
