Basketball Recap: Polson Takes a Loss

If Polson was feeling good fresh off their 39-12 takedown of Park on Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Polson Pirates took a 52-43 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Sidney Eagles on Saturday. The loss was the Pirates' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Polson fell to 3-1. As for Sidney, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Polson will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Beaverhead County at 4:00 p.m. on January 11, 2025. Sidney will also get a bit of a break before their next match: they'll face off against Billings Central Catholic at 4:00 p.m. on January 2, 2025.
