Softball Preview: Rosepine Eagles vs. Eunice Bobcats

The Rosepine Eagles will head out to challenge the Eunice Bobcats at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Rosepine is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.5 runs per game this season.

Rosepine can't be too worried about heading out to take on Eunice: they just beat DeQuincy at home, who had been dominant on their own field up to that point. The Eagles walked away with a 6-3 win over the Tigers on Tuesday.

Marli Jones25 made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching four innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off five hits.
