Miami Top 25 high school football scores: No. 5 Booker T. Washington eliminates No. 13 Carol City

Torey Morrison threw two touchdown passes to
Jacorey Brooks and ran for another score leading Booker T. Washington to a 35-14 win over No. 13 Carol City in the opening round of the Florida 4A playoffs on Thursday.
Morrison fired TD passes of 20 and 10 yards to Brooks, and run for a 5-yard TD as Washington improved to 9-2.
Anthony Hundley added a 70-yard pick 6 for the winners.
Six of Miami's Top 25 teams were scheduled to open the playoffs against other ranked teams.
In 8A playoff action,
Henry Parrish rushed 13 times for 95 yards and four touchdowns, leading No. 16 Columbus to a 50-14 win over Coral Gables.
Maykel Solis and
Vershod Quinn also rushed for touchdowns for Columbus (7-4).
