Upson-Lee came tearing into Thursday's matchup with eight straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Chattahoochee County Panthers by a score of 2-0.

Amiya Cromer paced Upson-Lee's offense, picking up eight kills. Cromer got some help from Kaylin Gresham and her seven assists. Ema Deems controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Upson-Lee's win bumped their record up to 21-16. As for Chattahoochee County, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-10 record this season.

Upson-Lee wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Crawford County on the 2nd. As for Chattahoochee County, they will host Glenwood at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
