Football Game Preview: Reeltown Rebels vs. Providence Christian Eagles + How To Watch

The Reeltown Rebels will take on the Providence Christian Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Reeltown is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Cottonwood 63-28. The Rebels might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight matchups by 24 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Providence Christian won against Clarke County last Friday with 17 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Friday. The Eagles beat Loachapoka by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 17-14. The win was nothing new for the Eagles as they're now sitting on four straight.

Reeltown better keep an eye on Colson Love. He was instrumental in Providence Christian's win, rushing for 53 yards and one score on only five carries. Those 53 rushing yards gave Love a new career-high.

Providence Christian didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Sawyer Bienvenu and John Martin Byrd. Another thorn in Loachapoka's side was Tyler Sharp, who made 16 total tackles.

Reeltown's record now sits at 9-3. As for Providence Christian, their record is now an identical 9-3.
