Arlington is a perfect 10-0 against Cordova since January of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Arlington Tigers will face off against the Cordova Wolves at 6:00 p.m. Arlington will be strutting in after a victory while Cordova will be coming in after a defeat.

Arlington will roll into the game after a wild two-game stretch: they only put up 17 points on Friday, then bounced right back against Germantown on Tuesday. Arlington strolled past Germantown with points to spare, taking the game 62-43.

Meanwhile, Cordova was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss. They were beaten by Houston 72-32. While losing is never fun, the Wolves can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee basketball rankings (they are ranked 329th, while the Mustangs are ranked 101st).

Arlington's win bumped their record up to 10-13. As for Cordova, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-15.

Everything came up roses for Arlington against Cordova in their previous meeting back in January, as the team secured a 66-27 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Arlington since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
