Baseball Recap: Pewitt Takes a Loss

Pewitt lost to Bowie on Tuesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Brahmas took a 6-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Pirates. The Brahmas have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Pewitt saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Madden Green, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI and one double.

Pewitt's defeat dropped their record down to 7-12. As for Bowie, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Pewitt will venture away from home to take on Hawkins at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Bowie, they will head out to challenge Martins Mill at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
