Volleyball Recap: Bradford Railroaders vs. Houston Wildcats
Bradford had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They lost 3-0 to the Houston Wildcats on Saturday. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it four in a row.
The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-20, 25-10.
Ryleigh Dotson paced Bradford's offense, picking up six kills. Dotson got some help from Chloe Hocker and her 15 assists.
Among those leading the charge was Keaton Turner, who had eight digs and three assists. Those three assists gave her a new career-high.
Bradford wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Botkins on the 21st. As for Houston, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-0 defeat against New Knoxville on the 19th.
