Football Recap: Paraclete Spirits vs. St. Francis Golden Knights

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Cathedral, Paraclete was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They came out on top against the St. Francis Golden Knights by a score of 42-35. Given the Spirits' advantage in MaxPreps' California football rankings (they are ranked 130th, while the Golden Knights are ranked 339th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Paraclete was led to victory by Joseph Mesa and Kyle Fulton Jr. Mesa threw for 290 yards and five TDs while picking up 11.2 yards per attempt, while Fulton Jr rushed for 196 yards and one touchdown while picking up 10.3 yards per carry.
