After a string of five wins, Sunnyside's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to the Bullard Knights.

Sunnyside's loss dropped their record down to 9-7. As for Bullard, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-3 record this season.

Sunnyside will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Reedley at 5:30 p.m. on March 18th. As for Bullard, they are on the road again on Saturday to play Livingston at 2:30 p.m. Livingston will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Bullard surely won't give up without a fight.
