Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Oak Grove). They blew past the Summerfield Rebels 72-38 on Thursday. Given the Tigers' advantage in MaxPreps' Louisiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 151st, while the Rebels are ranked 332nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

The win made it two in a row for Oak Grove and bumps their season record up to 6-5. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 28 points. As for Summerfield, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 11-21 record this season.

Oak Grove wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 67-46 victory against Beekman Charter on the 7th. As for Summerfield, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 54-48 defeat against New Living Word on the 7th.
