Softball Recap: Karns City Comes Up Short

Karns City managed to slip by Armstrong the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. Karns City lost 15-1 to Armstrong on Monday. The Gremlins' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it three in a row.

Karns City's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Armstrong, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-1.

Coming up, Karns City will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Sharon at 5:30 p.m. As for Armstrong, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Gateway at 5:00 p.m. on April 9.
