Volleyball Recap: Mason County Comes Up Short

Mason County suffered their biggest defeat since August 18th on Thursday. They lost 3-0 to the Bracken County Polar Bears. The Royals have struggled against the Polar Bears recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Mason County's loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 5-6. As for Bracken County, their victory was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-1.

Looking ahead, Mason County will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Rowan County at 11:00 a.m. As for Bracken County, they will face off against St. Patrick at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
