Holyoke waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with nine straight wins... but they left with ten. They came out on top against the Wray Eagles by a score of 3-1. The Dragons have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Eagles, too.

The victory didn't come easy: Wray scored at least 19 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-19, 24-26, 25-19.

Despite the loss, Wray still got an impressive performance from Jaycie Snapp, who had 24 digs. Snapp has been hot, having posted 12 or more digs the last seven times she's played.

Holyoke's win bumped their record up to 14-2. As for Wray, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-11 record this season.

Holyoke has already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Highland on the 4th. As for Wray, they will challenge Burlington at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
