Baseball Recap: Paramount Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Paramount put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They never let the Glenn Eagles get on the board and left with an 8-0 victory.

Anthony Rivera looked comfortable as he pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits.

On the hitting side, AdriAn Flores was excellent, going 2-for-4 with two runs, two doubles, and one stolen base. Those two runs gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was DaviD Serrano, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one stolen base and two RBI.

Paramount kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Glenn only managed five.

Paramount's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Glenn, they are on a ten-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Looking ahead, Paramount will head out to take on Dominguez at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Glenn, they will host Compton at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
