Baseball Recap: Coventry Takes a Loss

Coventry came into this matchup off a tough six-run loss on Tuesday. This time they kept things ultra-competitive, but unfortunately the final result was the same. They fell just short of the Cranston West Falcons by a score of 5-3 on Thursday. The Oakers' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it four in a row.

Coventry saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Caeden Joyce, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base and one run.

Coventry's loss dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Cranston West, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-6 record this season.
