Basketball Recap: Gulfport Victorious

After only 25 points in their last contest, Gulfport made sure to put some points up on the board against Picayune on Friday. The Gulfport Admirals secured a 57-53 W over the Picayune Maroon Tide. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Admirals also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2023.

Gulfport's win bumped their record up to 8-9. As for Picayune, they now also have a losing record at 8-9.

Gulfport is taking a road trip to take on Ocean Springs at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Picayune, they will welcome George County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
