A well-balanced attack led Coram Deo Academy Rhetoric over Dallas Academy in every quarter on their way to victory on Monday. The Lions enjoyed a cozy 42-26 win over the Bulldogs. The victory was familiar territory for the Lions, who have now won three contests in a row.

Coram Deo Academy Rhetoric got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was John Davy out in front who posted eight points. Another player making a difference was Weston Vanderhill, who put up eight points.

Despite the loss, Dallas Academy saw an underclassman step up: sophomore William Russell scored 11 points along with six rebounds and four steals. Matt McCarty was another key player, putting up two points and seven boards.

Coram Deo Academy Rhetoric's record is now 5-14. As for Dallas Academy, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-9.
