If Greater New Bedford RVT wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Bourne, they should've done a better job of containing Avery Morrill. The Canalmen blew past the Bears 3-0 on Wednesday for which the team can thank Morrill, who had 13 digs and one assist. She has been hot, having posted ten or more digs the last seven times she's played.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Bourne was: they took every set by at least 11 points. The final score came out to 25-7, 25-14, 25-8.

Bourne's victory bumped their record up to 14-3. As for Greater New Bedford RVT, their loss dropped their record down to 7-11.
