Kennewick is 8-2 against Hermiston since December of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Kennewick Lions will welcome the Hermiston Bulldogs at 7:30 p.m. One thing working in Kennewick's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last three contests.

Kennewick is probably headed into the match with a chip on their shoulder considering Walla Walla just ended the team's five-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell 72-60 to the Blue Devils. The game was a 29-29 toss-up at halftime, but the Lions couldn't quite close it out.

Meanwhile, Hermiston entered their contest against Kamiakin on Saturday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. Hermiston took a 63-50 hit to the loss column at the hands of Kamiakin. The Bulldogs just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Hermiston's defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 6-4. As for Kennewick, their loss dropped their record down to 7-3.

Kennewick came up short against Hermiston when the teams last played back in January of 2024, falling 68-57. Can Kennewick avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
