Volleyball Recap: Fresno's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Fresno came into Saturday's game having lost five straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They came out on top against the Pioneer Valley Panthers by a score of 2-0 on Saturday.

Fresno not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Pioneer Valley between 17 and 19 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-17.

Fresno's victory bumped their record up to 2-7. As for Pioneer Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 9-15.

Fresno didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Bakersfield Christian on the 15th. As for Pioneer Valley, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Selma on the 15th.
