Basketball Recap: Rank Disadvantage No Problem for Juanita

On Saturday, the Juanita Ravens didn't have too much breathing room in their match against the Nooksack Valley Pioneers, but they still walked away with a 42-37 win. The victory was all the more spectacular given the Ravens' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 161st, while the Pioneers are ranked 23rd).

The win made it two in a row for Juanita and bumps their season record up to 5-6. As for Nooksack Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 6-3.
