Volleyball Recap: Billerica Memorial Beats Dartmouth for Their Third Straight Win

With a playoff win on the line, Billerica Memorial rose to the challenge on Thursday. They blew past Dartmouth 3-0. The win was familiar territory for Billerica Memorial, who have now won three contests in a row.

Billerica Memorial not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Dartmouth between 13 and 16 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-16, 25-13.

Kendra Marino paced Billerica Memorial's offense, picking up ten kills. Marino got some help from Meghan Downs and her 17 assists. Finally, Marino was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high five blocks.

Billerica Memorial's victory bumped their record up to 10-11. As for Dartmouth, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 13-8.
