Ticonderoga has gone a perfect 10-0 against Moriah recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Saturday. The Sentinels will challenge the Vikings at 11:00 a.m. Ticonderoga is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.
Ticonderoga let Saranac stack six runs on them in the first inning on Thursday but luckily Ticonderoga prevailed anyway. The Sentinels walked away with an 11-8 win over the Chiefs.

Clara Mitchell spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered four earned (and four unearned) runs on 11 hits and racked up eight Ks. She has been consistent: she hasn't tossed less than eight strikeouts any time she's pitched this season.
At the plate, Ticonderoga let Isabelle Burroughs and Lillian Davis run wild. Burroughs went a perfect 4-for-4 with four stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI, while Davis went a perfect 4-for-4 with four runs, one double, and one RBI. That's the most hits Burroughs has posted since back in May of 2025. Avery Lender was another key player, going 3-for-4 with three RBI and two doubles.
Meanwhile, Moriah came up short against Plattsburgh on Thursday, falling 23-1. The loss continues a trend for the Vikings in their meetings with the Hornets: they've now lost nine in a row.
Moriah now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Ticonderoga, their victory bumped their record up to 5-0.
Moriah's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Ticonderoga has been making plenty of contact this season, having averaged 12.6 hits per game. It's a different story for Moriah, though, as they've been averaging 10.7 hits. Given Ticonderoga's sizable advantage in that area, the Vikings will need to find a way to close that gap.
Ticonderoga got the 'W' in their previous matchup back in May of 2025 against Moriah by a conclusive 19-0 score. Will the Sentinels repeat their success, or do the Vikings have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
