Recap: Rockwell Marshals vs. Utah Military Academy - Hill Field Thunderbirds

The Rockwell Marshals scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They took their match at home with ease, bagging a 86-49 win over Utah Military Academy - Hill Field. The win was familiar territory for Rockwell who now have four in a row.

Rockwell got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Ethan Kearl out in front who scored 22 points along with three steals. That's the first time this season that Kearl scored 15 or more points. The team also got some help courtesy of Luke Henderson, who scored 18 points.

Rockwell's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-4. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 75.3 points per game. As for Utah Military Academy - Hill Field, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

Rockwell won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Draper APA at 7:00 p.m. on January 3rd. Hopefully Draper APA focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 20 on Saturday. Utah Military Academy - Hill Field is on the road again on Thursday and play against American Prep WV at 7:00 p.m. on January 4th. Hopefully American Prep WV focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up nine back in December of 2023.
