Volleyball Recap: Shining Rock Classical Academy Comes Up Short

Shining Rock Classical Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Reynolds Mountain Christian Academy Eagles. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in August.

The final score came out to 25-9, 25-16, 25-13.

Shining Rock Classical Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Reynolds Mountain Christian Academy, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 7-0.

Shining Rock Classical Academy will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Carolina Day at 5:30 p.m. on the 23rd. As for Reynolds Mountain Christian Academy, they will face off against IC Imagine at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
