Elkhart and Mishawaka Marian are an even 5-5 against one another since September of 2021, but not for long. The Lions are taking a road trip to take on the Knights at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Concord came into Saturday's matchup looking for another win against Mishawaka Marian, but Jenna VanBruaene wouldn't allow it. The Knights walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Minutemen on Saturday for which the team can thank VanBruaene, who had 19 digs and three assists. She has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more digs the last three times she's played.

Mishawaka Marian easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-14.

Elkhart's record now sits at 21-9. As for Mishawaka Marian, their record is now 20-10.
